Bottle online from Raynville Superstore. Pours an almost clear light golden colour with a thinnish soapy looking white head. Aromas of toasted grains, hay, grass and toasty white bread. Taste is quite floral with more toasted grains, hay, doughy white bread and a touch of grass and a little alcohol warmth on the finish. Medium body, low carbonation and smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Quite a unique tasting beer. I probably wouldn’t want to drink too many but pretty decent.

Schönes Flaschendesign. In der Nase Honig, Spekulatius. Im Trunk cremig, Getreide, supersüffig, dezente Süße, keine Spur alkoholisch, passt.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours slightly opaque gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is cereal, fruity, a little herbaceous. Body is slightly above average, with noticeable carbonation especially at first contact. Taste is well balanced, with medium sweetness and some bitterness to give dryness.

500 ml bottle. Umclear dark golden, creamy head. Loads of hay and grain, pale malts, some citrus notes, hints of vanilla, brioche, booze. Mild dry hoppy bitterness, malty boozy sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry bittersweet finish. Nice and very balanced and drinkable Bock.

Backlog May 2017. Almost clear golden body under a small white head. Aroma has pale malt, sugary and spices. Taste is sweet, quite pleasant malty, hint of spices/herbs but otherwise it feels clean and crisp. Fine balanced body and same aftertaste. Nothing extraordinary really but I enjoyed this as it is.

Draft @ El Birrot, Jafre.
