On tap at Hydra, pours a clear pale golden yellow with no head. Nose brings out subdued floral honey notes and a touch of apples. Flavour is along the same lines, with sweeter honey than the nose suggests, accentuated with just a touch of apples. Nice amount of depth for a session mead. Not bad.

Great! Lightly tart red/green/yellow apples/peel/lemon/orange/floral/herbal/honey/lt vanilla. Semidry/med carb. Lt acid/tangy drying. Refreshing. Great honey/apple complexity/balance. Spot on stuff as expected for a semidry. Impressive.
