500ml bottle thanks to Eric. Pours out a copper amber color with a fizzy head. Nose is honey sweetness grassy hops grapes and a earthy notes. Taste is more of the light hops nice honey sweetness and some fruit.

Very nice dry hopped mead. Some nice slightly dry honey/citrus sweetness with some earthy/grassy hop flavors. Very smooth and balanced.

Sample at the DBLDP on 08/31/2014. Pale yellow-gold color with a minimal white head and sparse legs on the glass. Floral and fruity aroma. Medium body with flavors of floral honey, fruit and slight hops. The finish is sweet fruit and grassy hops. Decent overall.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, honey, dry honey, floral honey, champagne brus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, pear, champagne brus, light honey, wine notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. I’ve liked previous meads from them, but unfortunately the aroma on this was bad to me - sweaty, wet socks. Poured a very pale color, small fizzy head, some carbonation. Flavor was nice light honey notes, some fruits, a touch of earthy notes.

Very pale and light yellow, almost waterlike, fading white head. Aroma of pear, champagnelike, weak honey, flowery hops. Flavor is pear, honey, sugar, some weak flowery hops, citrus. Thin body, soft carbonation, sticky sweet finish. 111113
