Tap at koht. Pours dark brown with beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grainy. Flavor is sweet and bitter, grains, malt, some sourness, cocoa. Finish is roast and sourness. Covers alcohol well Overall: ok.

Clear amber brown colour, tall creamy beige head, dissipating slowly, light lacing. Aroma toasted malts, red fruit, caramel, light chocolate. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, ripe fruits, milk chocolate. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, chocolate, fruity notes. Medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, despite lacking some body and strength a decent doppelbock.

Draft at Foeders, Amsterdam. Dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of caramel, malt, light overripe dark fruits and toffee. Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap @ van Moll during Pizza Port tap take over, medium sample. Clear copper color, short head. Aroma of some caramel, slight chocolate, bit earthy hop. Soft sweet in taste, caramel, soft earthy bitterness. Decent stuff.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub 1 year anniversary party. Hazy dark orange to brownish color, light brown colored head. Aroma is malts, caramel, chocolate, slightly a hint of roast. Taste malts, caramel, chocolate, slightly roasty and subtly bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice one!
