[ As South Plains Saison de la Mort ].Unclear light to medium orange red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, dough, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty, dough, light tart berry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150528]

Draught at KØ15. Good citric and sweetish wheat aroma. Cloudy red colour. Big stable pink head. The flavour starts off a little sweet, but turns drier with a mysterious bitter pang.
