We took our flagship Southern Pecan, and added a touch of habanero peppers and chocolate making for a light, yet complex brew. The beer has peppers, but not much heat. The peppers are used to energize the taste buds, allowing the chocolatey flavors to pop.

Bottle: Hazy brown with a thin beige head. Caramel, pepper scent. Taste is caramel malt, a little chocolate....followed by a decent chhile pepper burn. Not bad as a pepper beer, but needs a bit more balance.....any pecan notes are buried by yhe heat.
