Can picked up from Kihoskh and drunk at home (11/03/2021) - clear to light hazed golden pour with a thin white head. Fruity and malty with notes for citrus fruit, some grapefruit and light lemony notes, grape, grassy bitter dry hoppy close. Decent brut action, good to see Brut IPA is still out there :) --- Beer merged from original tick of Dry Humor (2018-2021) on 26 Mar 2025 at 12:31 - Score: 7. Brut IPA. That style that is holding on my its fingernails after the express train that is called 'beerfad' has thundered on by. This one is an almost clear paleish gold beer, decent white, audibly fizzes away in about one sixtieth of a minute. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light slightly thin but sweet malts, a bit too sweet for this style. Light piney grape, also tad sweet. Whisper of citrus. Finish is light and smooth and semi dry. Light piney grapey linger. Not the best argument for the brewing community to return to this style, but hey - it's okay.

Clear to little cloudy pale blond beer, smooth creamy white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, lots of citrus, mango, tropical fruits, good! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of citrus, grapefruit, bit oxidized, malty, some banana, good bitterness. Aftertaste: bit sourish, hop burn, more citrus, little metallic, fruity, dry finish, some banana and banana peel.

Tap at Frisches Bier. Hazy yellow body, white head. Slightly fruity-tropical hoppy afoma. Fruity, lean taste, pineapple, some honeyish touches show up apart from the hoppiness, obviously no body really, as a Brut should be, but slightly too flat and dull in the finish. Other than that, nice!

Can from Jonas in Lokaltausch Runde 2. Thanks a lot! Looks great. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Nice hoppy aroma. Starts finde grasy-fresh, hoppy, fruity. Light sourish touch. Mild bitter background. Fresh-hoppy finish, fine lemon notes. Nice!

Pale gold and hazy with a frothy white head. The percolating lime & lemony aroma reminds vaguely of Sprite, although there are floral tones here too. Taste is dry, chalky bitter with some mild acidity. Body is medium, carbonation moderate. Clean, crisp and obviously well made, but just not drawing me in.

330ml bottle from trade with sinh4. Many thanks chap! Pours an unclear golden yellow with a well-appointed white head. Aroma is fresh floral, some lemon, straw. Taste is crisp with some lagery malt, citrus, grassy hop, chardonnay, with light fruity moments, drying close. A little too bitter at times, but pleasing overall.

Aroma is apricot a little eggshell some fresh peel of star fruit. Taste is sour bitter balanced with a little fruit. Good one.

Flascherl: Golden, hazy to cloudy, medium-sized and slowly collapsing off-white head, quite complex nose of herbal, citrussy and grapefruity hops, combined with sweet pale malt and a mild mineralic touch; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium to full bodied, very soft; lingering bitter-sweet finish of mostly citrussy hops and pale malt, presumably some lemon-peel in the aftertaste. Well crafted, well balanced and - despite its strength - devilishly well drinkable...
