Pur jus, ce cidre a été élaboré uniquement à partir d’une ancienne variété de pomme à cidre originaire du nord de la Loire-Atlantique et aujourd’hui quasiment disparue, la Coco d’Issé. Réintroduite dans nos vergers en 2012, elle produit un cidre aigre-doux aux surprenants arômes de fruits rouges et de sucre candi. Sa bulle fine résulte d’une vraie prise de mousse naturelle en bouteille – d’où l’apparition d’un léger dépôt –. Vif et fruité à la fois, il s’apprécie tant à l’apéritif qu’au dessert.

Sampled at THT December. Almost clear golden with white head. Tart red apples, sweet apple, dry red apple peel, soft caramel, lemon, oak, light mineral. So much nice fresh apple here! Medium sweet and tart. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Amazing.
