WHAT THE FUCK! Dark burgundy pour with a pink-purple head(?) Huge maple and raspberries up front, followed by blackberries, vanilla, blueberries. Quite sweet, with a bit of tartness underneath. I have no idea what I'm drinking.
Sweet, syrupy, lots of berries. Lots of maple after that, some sourness. Better than the blueberry-maple, but nothing special.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Deep red-pueple, pink foam. Lots of berries, some vegetal beetroot, lacto, sour and sweet, lactose.

Can at home. Pours deep purple, nose is massive berry, maple syrup, caramel, salt, taste is tart, rich juicy fruit, jammy, burnt toffee, maple syrup, tangy. Quite incredible.

Pours dark red; hugely tanned , very creamt , thick and stable, big and dark purple head. Smell is intense, fruit and maple clearly ( !) show. Taste is creamy, thick, maple, sweet, juicy, red fruits, mildly tart. very fullbodied. Is this beer stupid ? hell yeah. Is this natural ? hell no. But do I like it ? i'll be damned if i don't. This is only to be compared with stuff like superstition's Berry Grand Cru . Litteraly no beer i had before has given me this experience. I'm sure many will hate ( because of it's… outspoken additives. But hey, why lie ? if I like it this much, my rating will reflect that. Even if it's pretty far from natural .

Can shared by E, many thanks! Deep dark purple with brief head. Loads of maple sweetness and blueberry dominating. Swedish blueberry soup on steroids. Sweet overload, but it still works.
