33cl bottle from Das Alpenhaus. Cloudy golden pour, fizzy, bubbly head. Fruity aroma, tart, lemon. Taste is lemon, lime, pineapple, a hefty tart bite that goes out with a whimper.

Bottle drunk while eating some nachos with hummus and watching what we do in the shadows. Light yellow with almost no head, nose of stone fruits and lychee with big sour notes. Flavor is complex and high in acidity, tasty fresh pears. Not for the faint of heart!

Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is wheaty and fruity with apricot, some funky notes, citrus. Grainy, mild sour, tart, bit funky. Good body for the low abv. Really nice.

Full pour @Grand Delancy. Half hazy, pale, frothy brew. Sour lime & skunk weed, inviting floral nose. Super juicy sour sorachi over a maybe too wheat-y, gunky base. Sour lime, mineral water, high acid, homey white bread crust. Kind good.

Bottle at home, with Joe. Pours clear golden, nose is funk, hay, toffee, taste is bready, funk, melon, lemon.
