[ As Dogma / Pelicon Linden - Kölsch ].
ABV: 4.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, sour malt, flowers, grass, soap, citrus, silage. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, citrus, grass, sour, thin, soap, flowers, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200430]

33cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild sourish pale malt and grains. Taste of mild grainy malt, soft grassy hops and straw.

Bottle, 330 ml shared with Max, Miro B and Simon. Cloudy golden, small white head. Malty, fruity, some moderate sweetness, some lemon notes, sourish, yeasty, bit thin finish. Light bodied.

Bottle from Beer Republic. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light sour. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish. Unclean. 170120

Schöne, thematisch passende Flaschen-Optik. Ordentlich Karbo, viel Schaum. In der Nase fruchtig, im Trunk ebenso, grüne Trauben, interessant. Hopfig. Leider sehr wässrig, da kommt nach dem Antrunk nicht mehr viel. Schade.

0.33 l bottle from Angry Moose, Čakovec. Shared with little Dina. Gusher! Hazy golden, orange glow, huge white head, slowly diminishing, lacing. Aroma is fruity esters, lemony acidic touch, white grapes, herbs, might be green tea. Flavour is camomile with lemon. Harsh yeasty profile. Slightly tart dry finish. Empty, moderate to high carbonation. I would dare to say there's a problem with the yeast.

Bottled 330ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, small white head, light yeasty fruity nose. Acidic fruity, light yeasty, notes of green apple and grass with dryish acidic finish. Later on tried another bottle at same place; even worse than the first one. Who knows...
