Bottle pour at Bottle Fest 2025. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Rustic saison yeast and some apple must on the nose. Flavour has musty apple skins, rustic saison yeast. Moderate carbonation; could be higher. Pretty solid.

A blonde golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light Brett, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice crisp malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Draught at Dageraad, Burnaby, BC
Cloudy pale blond colour. Mild aroma of Belgian yeast. Dry mouthfeel, weak, very watery, with little to tell, light acidity. Very short final.
I like session beers, they don't need to be this void of flavour though.

On tap. Has a nice yeast aroma with yellow grains backing it up. Good white foam on top of a very yellow body. Flavour is nice lemony grain, finish has mellow hop hints. A decent brew, dry and plenty of grain character.

Thanks for sharing Kraddel + tderoeck +Friends. Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017. golden citrus bright. Nose is soapy De La Senne style profile, BE esters, dry yeast, low green, touch soapy. Bit too soapy BE, dry grass, green esters, nicely dry, shame about the soapy quality but otherwise quite nice.
