Bottle pour at Bottle Fest 2025. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Rustic saison yeast and some apple must on the nose. Flavour has musty apple skins, rustic saison yeast. Moderate carbonation; could be higher. Pretty solid.

A blonde golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light Brett, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice crisp malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Really true to style, but with a lot of brett funk, yet clean and balanced. Muted horn berlin

Draught at Dageraad, Burnaby, BC
Cloudy pale blond colour. Mild aroma of Belgian yeast. Dry mouthfeel, weak, very watery, with little to tell, light acidity. Very short final.
I like session beers, they don't need to be this void of flavour though.

Taster at Dageraad Brewery. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is a bit funky and flowery. Taste is similar. Very easy to drink. Nice.

On tap. Has a nice yeast aroma with yellow grains backing it up. Good white foam on top of a very yellow body. Flavour is nice lemony grain, finish has mellow hop hints. A decent brew, dry and plenty of grain character.

Pours unclear blonde, smell is dry, citrussy, malty. Taste is sharp, bit bitter, aromatic malts. Tad sweet , malty features. Rather thin body. OK
