Blonde is an exceptionally refreshing pale ale. The aroma is a fusion of lemon and citrus fruit, and is balanced with light, floral and crisp citrus notes in taste.

23rd Sep 2016: cask half-pint at the Shrewsbury CAMRA beer festival. Never seen this before, so a rarely brewed Ludlow beer me thinks. Anyway it pours a very pale, straw blonde, the head a tight white affair. Citrus fruits rule the whole thing and I am thinking ’Citra’ or ’Simcoe’ hops, but don’t know for sure.
