Dry Hopped Farmhouse. This is beer has become our flagship and is a house favorite. Brewed with a simple grist of pilsner malt and flaked wheat, we then dry hopped this beer with some unique and unorthodox hop varieties. Fermented with our favorite expressive belgian yeast at cooler temperatures, this beer is bright and immensely drinkable.

Unclear yellow body with a big, white head. Aroma is lots of citricand tropical fruit with grapefruit, yeast and some grassy hops. Flavor simular to aroma, fruity, juicy, sweet and bitter. Lots of nice fruity flavors but not much more really. Medium body and fruity bitter aftertaste. Nice and refreshing but one-dimensional.

can No best before date sweet ipa like aroma, also yeasty notes and herbal notes. Sort of like a saison but a bit less wild. malts are sweet. hopping is extreme for a saison type beer, nice and interesting aroma. quite solid for a 4.7%er flavor is ever so slightly tart, herbal, flowery hoppy, ever so slightly pine and grapefruit hoppy, a bit watery. some bitter herbal notes are not so nice. In the general pretty nice flavor, pretty nice beer.

At VMfest 22. Clear golden color, white head. Smell and taste are grassy, hayish. Hayish bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Alright. 7-7-7-7-7

Can. Somewhat hazy orange with an inch of white head and some gunge at the bottom of the can. Aroma of barely ripe stone fruit, gentle orange, mildly funky dough, spices. Light bodied, high carbonation. Dryish but soft textured with dough and floaty fruit before spiced moderate bitterness. A bit more bitterness would have suited me, but it's quaffable with some intrigue.

From tap at Henrik øl og vinstove, Bergen, 12.09.21. Clear golden. Dense and persistent white head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of grassy hops, lime peel, white pepper and pale malt. Good!
