Bottle, September 2015. It pours clear orangey with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, apricot, peachy, sherbet, sour candy, sour candy and apple. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, good hit of mouth - pucker, sherbet, peachy, apricot, limey, tangy, kick of acidity, tangerine, fizzy sweets and acidic kick with a dry finish. Medium body and fine and prickly carbonation. Punchy on the acidic front, but good fun.

Bottle shared in Hackney - picked up in Denver. Pours totally clear gold with a small, creamy white head. The aroma holds peach, apricot, nips of wheat. Light sweet flavour with decent acidity, some fleshy apricot, hints of lemon, restrained acidity. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty clean on the finish, lots of apricot and peach, more moderate acidity. Nicely realized character. Solid.

375mL bottle shared by AdamC on 7/29/17.
Lightly-to-moderately hazy, copper-tinged, goldenrod with an immediately fizzling, beige ring of bubbles.
Strong peach mixing with vanilla and moderate acetic acid gives way to brighter, lighter Brett and hints of wood, light honey and strong biscuit. Well-developed, not-overworked Brett and well-integrated peaches definitely provide a pleasing aroma with no alcohol or surplus of acidity.
In the mouth, it's full of dainty Brett and lightly sweet malts balancing moderately acidic, flavorful, well-integrated peach. Light wood tannin, with honey and biscuit from the malt provide a fairly soft texture. Low carbonation, a bit on the loose side, could use some tightening. Gets a touch sweet over the course of the beer.

Draft glass @ Beerlovers Bar. 2015 Vintage. Hazy orange, solid white head. Nose is amazing peach profile, the vibrant fruit profile, low lactic,… Taste is amazing fruit, peach is so fruit, just the right amount of lactic, sourness is very low especially given that this is a Crooked Stave beer, very low level funk, the fruit is amazing, rich vibrant, just the right amount of lactic, amazing amount of fruit especially given the 2015 Vintage. Even better than “Persica Wild Wild Brett” which was amazing already.
