Our Forbidden Fruit will take you to Eden, not throw you out of it. It is meant to be enjoyed with friends, alone or with significant other in warm nights throughout the year. Tropical flavors are enhanced with hop varieties Styrian Wolf, Aurora and Mosaic. But the real star of this beer is a very special fruit – mango. If only Adam and Eve had THIS Forbidden Fruit!

Can, 0.33l. Hazy yellow/orange pour, juicy looking. Thin soapy white layer on top, short lasting. No lacing. Fruity nose, tropical notes of mango combined with grassy hops in the background. Mild citrus presence. Thin body, medium to high carbonation. Fizzy, prickly mouthfeel and texture. Mild bitter taste with subtle fruity tart developing in the background. Fruity aroma with mango dominating. Herbal and grassy notes with touch of citrus fruits lemon and lime mostly. A bit peppery, quite dry. Medium lasting finish. Refreshing.

Can, 0.33l. Aroma of cereals, mango, peach and pine. Pours murky dirty yellow color with large frothy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet citrusy with evident mango note, following is biscuity, grassy, earthy and rubbery, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild to medium bitter. Light body, thin creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. It’s refreshing, it’s thirst quenching, it’s not bad, but I don’t mind, if this one becomes forbidden as it’s quite boring...

On tap at Krigl [Beer Mug], Slovenske Konjice, Slovenia. Distinct mango, mango puree, moderately hoppy, citrusy, zesty note, some tropical fruit, some resin. Malts underneath. Nicely balanced, hoppy, low bitterness, malted wheat, fruit, lemony tart finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation, quite smooth. Very nice.

Pours fairly clear golden colour, topped with a medium sized white head. Intense and very pleasant fruity mango nose, sweet, with some citrusy notes forming the background. Taste starts gently bittery with nice and sweet fruity feeling pushing through it. Sparkly texture, light body. Great summer freshener.
