Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, grass and vegetables. Pours almost black color with medium sized frothy light brown head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with light sweet roasted malt, coffee and chili peppers, following is sour fruity and grassy, mouthfeel is spicy, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Let it be, not awesome, but palatable...

On tap at William's Pub, Ljubljana. 21st birthday party! Shared with lovely Anja. Black. Small off-white head. Aroma is roasty, fruity, slightly metallic. Light chocolate, light malts. Spicy flavour, some chilli. Good balance. Base style present. Not spectacular. Light body, creamy texture. Spicy finish. Nice one.

Pours pitch black, topped with pretty large and fairly creamy beige head. Initially slight spicy nose with gentle yeasty background. Taste similarly spicy upfront, followed by moderate bitterness and quite yeatsy and sparkly finish. Just a hint of chili in the aftertaste. No real trace of chocolate. Meidum light body with too much yeastiness going about it. Not what you'd expect from chili chocolate stout.
