German Hefeweizen este o bere de grâu, nefiltrată, cu o aromă caracteristică de banane și cuișoare, care se obțin prin fermentare de sus cu o tulpină specială de drojdie. Bere destul de densă, ușor dulce, malțioasă, cu o ușoară acriere în postgust - potolește setea într-o zi fierbinte și se potrivește bine cu carne prăjită și burgeri.

Flight at the Airport. Light hazy yellow golden beer. Small head. Aroma is wheat, banana, sweet. Taste is the same, bitter, dry, banana. Not bad

On tap at Lumencraft Chisinau Airport, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice balance of banana and clove, with soft pillowy wheaty notes. Flavour follows through, with banana esters, spicy clove and a crisp biscuity malt base. Fairly dry, with a spicy clove finish. Competently made, just not a big fan.

Keg at Smokehouse, Chişinau. Cloudy pale amber, small head. Light banana and grain up front. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Sharp grains, some water. Low bitterness. Basic.

Part of the flight at Smokehous in Chisinau. Pours hazy orange, topped with a smaller white head. Wheaty banana nose, a bit gentler with slight spicy note. Sweet wheaty start, gentle spicy kick. Light and fresh. Easily drinkable, though nothing extra special.

Danke an Dorin. Muffig hefig herber Start mit Noten von Nelken, wenig Banane. Konstante Herbe, eher dumpf bleibend. Trocken bitterer, wenig säuerlicher Nachhall. 8/7/7/7//7

Light banana and clove. Some doughy type yeast. Hazy golden pour with decent head and lacing. Light tangy finish. Airport beer in Chisinau with last few lei like the end of a Hawaiian party.

TAP at Chișinău Airport. Cloudy orange, big creamy head. Classic banana and clove aroma, clean and strong. The taste is similar, loses a bit of intensity in the finish and gains some dough/yeast, but pretty solid nevertheless.
