In the brewing process, birch sap is used instead of water. Pours very hazy, sunny golden-orange, topped with medium and not lasting white head. Fresh nose, grass, hay, wet leaves with just a hint of fruitiness in the back. Watery body. Some initial sweetness, fresh grassy bitterness, wet leaves again and slight tea. Fresh, birch sap gives it some character, leaves and watery body, and lots of freshness.
