8-4-8-5-17 Bottle, as Grisettastone (2018). Pours hazy pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity brett with litchi, sour grapes, hay, farmyard and light wood, as well as grassy hops with lemony notes, fruit pits and minerals. Creamy, effervescent body, with average carbonation. Flavour is some fairly short lived tropical hoppy notes with apricots and citrus giving way to lactic funk, wet hay, bretty notes of sour berries, litchi and unripe apples, as well as sour candy and tannic wooden notes. Dry finish. Crisp, quaffable and moreish!

500ml bottle [wrongly labeled as 750ml]. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, pale golden coloiur with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Funky, spicy and floral-grassy hoppy aroma, notes of fresh hay, hints of mustard seed, dill, woody overtones, a widely disguised, cautious touch of apricot. Taste is sweet-ish wheaty malty, tart, tangy and funky, slightly bretty, mildly grassy hoppy, hints of dill, mustard seed, urinal cake, some unripe yellow stone fruit, some fresh hay, pollen, late developement of citrusy hop notes that combine well with the funkiness. Oily-watery texture. Good!

500mL capped bottle. Small and pour watery head. Aroma hits you with strong funky bread with some of that oily Brett. Light and funky and herbal and fresh. Flavor is similar. Drying and bitter flower finish as typical for this type of Brett beer. It's for me.

Tap at Brasserie V. Unfiltered murky tan body. Nails it. Hyper sessionable. Mellow wheaty lemon lime notes. Delicate, balanced, really shows finesse. Well done.
