Full of cherry and plum-skin notes with a touch of chocolate from the roasted malts. Pouring pale mahogany red. It’s unfiltered and naturally soured. The mouthfeel will pucker your tongue while the fruity finish will get you smiling. A sour delight that will turn your tongue on it’s head.

Tap@Waza Restaurang & Bryggeri, Stockholm. Pours opaque dark brown with medium light brown head. Aroma is wine, vinegar, blackcurrant and yogurt. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and very sour. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and medium sour with notes of sour apples, bitter almonds, vinegar and faint hints of sweet liquorice. Good balanced between a full oily body and sour crispness

(Draught at BrewDog Kungsholmen, Stockholm, 18 April 2019) Dark red colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of black-currant, caramel, dark bread, prunes and a mild sourness. Fruity, tart taste with black-currant, chocolate, dried fruit, prunes and a slightly tart finish with a mild bitterness. Medium body, dry. A bit odd, but tasty and fairly complex. Quite enjoyable.

On tap at Brisket & Friends. Dark reddish/brown with a small tan head. Tart with blackcurrant, some mild earth and hints of dark malt. A bit different but still a decent one.
