25/05/2025: 500ml bottle. Clear golden, white head. Aroma of very biscuity malts, mild citrus. Taste has those American C hops coming through surprisingly alright for the style, definite citrus notes and a bit of pine, still very English in character though with the strong biscuity malt base being the main focus, moderate bitter finish. Light-medium body, spritzy carbonation. A better effort than most trad brewers with regards to the hop usage.

04/09/2025: Also tried this on Cask at Whittle Taps, Cheltenham. Really not much like the bottle counterpart. Dominated by floral hop notes and not much else, even the malts not showing well here. Glad I tried the bottle previously otherwise I'd consider this mediocre. Probably a 6/10 rating.

Cask at Tap & Spile, Birmingham. Clear gold with small white head which lasts well. This one turned out to be a fairly typical floral and citrus noted gold, reasonable hoppiness, slightly above average, quite nice.

Half-pint, gravicask, shared with Finn at The International Brewing & Cider Festival 2024. Poor lacing, bubbles on the surface of a clear golden body. Moderate smell of grass and a note of lemony hops. Oily hop fruity flavours joined by a light touch of malty sweetness. Semi dry malt-fruity ending. Clean on the palate. Decent (Manchester, 23.03.2024).

Clear dark blond colour with lasting head. There's a really lemony note to this one. Bitter citrus peel. Nice dry finish.

Cask at Hogshead, Wolverhampton. Pours a golden amber with a medium sized white head and good lacing. The aroma is fruity with hints of citrus and floral hops. In the mouth it starts off sweet peaches and mango, before becoming bitter with floral hops, orange peel and ash. Thankfully the ash fades eventually to give a bitter and lsightly sticky finish. Wasn’t too keen on this to start with, but it grew on me.

Cask at the Wild Boar, Warwick. Poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a fresh, crisp, malt, lemon lime citrus, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
