750ml bottle. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity, floral pear. Taste is flowery, fruity pear, mellow citric, fleshy pear with some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry citric peary finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle from Harry Tuffins, Craven Arms. Pours a misty yellow, no discernible carbonation. Lightly sweet perry pear on the nose. Juicy-light on the palate, gentle perry pear fruits, very little tannin presence, drying close. Given Skyborry's previous ciders I did expect a confident acidity and tannic action, but it's distinctly missing here unfortunately. Nice gentle table perry, but could do with being roughened up a bit.
