Meet the latest style out of San Francisco, the perfect counterpoint to New England IPAs. The lightest of biscuity malt bases. An enzyme is used to ensure complete fermentability of the wort leaving virtually no residual sugar in the beer. No bitterness, but intense, pungent fruits from lavish Simcoe and Citra additions combine with incredible drinkability. Hop Champagne.

A night out in Brum; Sunday 26th Aug 2018. This was on-tap in Kilder and poured a misty gold with a white crown. Not my thing, I found it fairly sour and too dry in nature with a peppery spiced feel within a light citrus flavour and aroma. Others around me enjoyed it a lot more than I did.

Keg @ Kilder during the Bank Holiday Brum Bimble, August '18. Pours hazy yellow, white top. Catty aroma, taste is herbal hazy with a peppery finish. Fairly drying, a little thin, creamy perhaps with some mild pale malt, expected a little more hop notes to emerge but it's still decent.

Keg at the Beerhouse, Market Harborough. Yellow, cloudy with an uneven white head. Mango and ripe papaya, white grape, some sweet spice. Bittersweet and fruity with a long dry finish. Lemon cream and TCP in the aftertaste. An interesting and exceptionally delicious IPA.
