Bottle from Die Bierothek, Bamberg. Aroma is fruity with gentle floral hops, bready wheat, banana, melon, citrus, canned peach, and spicy yeast. Flavour is medium sweet and light to moderate bitter. Body is medium. Well-hopped Weizen, picking lots of Hüll Melon in particular.

Draft. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a Fruity wheat malty spicy banana aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy banana flavor. Has a wheat malty spicy banana finish.

Tap at Fränkisches Bierfest. Cloudy yellow banana. Spice. Some banana, but good spice. Rerate from June 16 23. Tap. Clouds dark yellow. Banana, bit vanilla. Oh, ripe banana. Sweet sparkly, sticky banana.

Draught Very thick-set yellowish head, lacey, over fully hazy orange beer. Classical clove, banana, orange, nutmeg, all there. The same in the taste, but with the nutmeg a bit more obvious, the rest a bit less. Slight sweetish - orangey? - note in the finish, and a ditto acidity, bit like hard orange sweets. Good carbonation. Wheatslick. Rather sweet one. Not too hard on the guaiacol. Hops?

(Draught at Muted Horn, Berlin, 9 May 2019) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, wheaty nose with notes of bread, banana, clove and spices. Malty, fruity taste with bread, wheat, citrus, grass, banana and clove. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fairly low bitterness. Tasty and well made. Nice one.

Tap at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, wheat, banana and malts. Good weisse.
