330 ml bottle from Etre Gourmet, bottled 31 May 18.
Straw colored, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, off-white head.
Aroma of minty herbs, pine, citrus, grass, flowers, straw, some dough.
Tastes similar, with more fresh lemon notes.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes dry, medium bitter, very crisp, citric, herbal, floral, a bit yeasty, with long lasting pine.
Outstanding stuff for the low ABV! Super-crisp, not too light at all, with beautiful piney, herbal and citric hops throughout. Drinks incredibly fresh and balanced. Another amazing low ABV beer by DLS!

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Beer Merchants. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold with a fluffy, white head. Quite clean overall, with nice grassy bitterness, crispy biscuits, pale grains, straw, lemon peel. Light bodied, airy, with fine, massaging carbonation. Dry finish, still clean, sturdily bitter, more grass and hay. Good quaffable stuff.

Bottle. Malt Attacks, Brussels. Hazed, pale straw colour. Messy, thin, white head. Nose has pale grain. Mouldy lemon. Some hay. Taste has a little sweetness, but is mostly dry, and light, lemony bitter. Light body. Foamy carbonation. Dryish finish. Ok.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy pale golden body with a fluffy white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of minerals, hay and salted lemon. Flavour of lime, white bread and bay leaf. Thin to medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Crisp and lemony. Really nice.

330ml Bottle - Hazy pale yellow with a foamy white head. Grapefruit, grain and lemon zest in the aroma. Bitter and fruity taste with strong notes of grapefruit followed by orange, coriander and lemon. Refreshing and easy to drink. A hint of bubblegum can be detected in the finish.
