Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden amber colour, thin bubbly white head and aroma of fruits, citrus zest, herby. Taste is malt, fruity, caramel, wood, herbal hints with some citric bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying woody bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at home, can't recall from where, 01/04/24. Clear golden blonde with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is herb, light funk, yeast esters, spruce tips, grains, lemon rind. Taste comprises yeast esters, hedgerow, grass, herb, light white peppery spice, barnyard tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay earthy low ABV grisette.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 29 Aug 2019) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of peaches, grass, flowers, white bread and hints of cucumber. Fruity, slightly tart taste with peaches, lemon peel, grass, funky yeast, herbs and a low bitterness. Light body, dry. Interesting and quite tasty. Nice one.

Golden colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have a light metallic note. Plain blond with a light funk. A little mild.

330ml bottle @ chez Sophie. Pours clear amber, frothy white head. Aroma has sweet candy sugar yeast. Taste is not massively engaging, some wild elements, sweet shades but lacks the life and vibrancy others seem to produce from a wild beer. Exceptionally dry and unremarkable. --- Beer merged from original tick of Fermhouse on 04 Dec 2018 at 12:59 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5. Original review text: Keg @ Favourite Beers, Cheltenham. Pours hazy golden amber, small white head. Aroma has light floral, wild notes. Taste is extremely light, thin on the palate, very mild floral / wild character, low carbonation. Expected some degree of complexity, or depth of flavour, but unfortunately this delivers very little.
