Thin off white head left a collar on a dark amber coloured body. Yeast & confectionery aroma. Medium bodied, tingly with a soft back. Bitter acrid tastes with body. Weird!

Appearance is amber, completely clear, with a small white clingy head. Aroma is malt, grape juice, fruity hops, hint of apple, malt. Taste- fruit crumble, apple, malty, trace of caramel, some citrus fruit, soft bitter finish, fairly full mouthfeel.

On tap at Salt Horse. Pours slightly hazy yellow. Funk, cereal, citrus, berry, something a bit umami. Medium body. Odd.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing. Bottle looks very simple but very good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice small head. Malty fruity aroma. Starts mild, malty, light sourish. Some fruity hints of apple, light moldy. Finish well balanced. Interesting beer.

Dry fruity nose. The beer starts fruity nice, easy to drink with hints of funk. Sour, deep but with lots of grain.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Mother Kelly's Bethnal Green. Pours unclear gold with a frothy, pure white head. Lovely citrusy and funky snout. Light sweet flavour with modest acidity, some citric bite, dry funk, hay bales, lemon, biscuits, salt, nips of sweat. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Fairly concise on the finish, with more citric twang, lemony acidity, hay, wheat, tangerine, decent dry funk, yeast expression. Overall, it is quite compelling stuff, especially given the ABV. Impressive.
