Keg @ Kino & @ The Rover. Very hazy yellow pour with a frothy white head. Bright yellow tropical fruits & grapefruit in the nose. Mango, star fruit, passion fruit & light peppery grass. Hints of floral honey. Bitter, very tiny sweet, tiny sour, slightly fruity, grassy & floral taste. Weird floral honey here too. Soft & slightly astringent mouthfeel. A good beer but the boots are just too large to fill. Lacks the fat juicy sweet tropical fruits I prefer in my NEIPA. Comes off as too dry & too bitter to me. Also not a fan of the floral honey. --- Beer merged from original tick of New & Improved! GBG on 21 Sep 2017 at 17:54 - Score: 7.
