(Can, 0.44 l - BB 05.05.2021, at G Livelab Helsinki, 20200820) The beer poured pale orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grapefruit, pineapple, pine and menthol. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, menthol, tangerine, pine, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, spicy and bitter. A tasty and balanced hoppy brew.

Can. Pours a hazy gold with big initial head. Aroma is refreshing and hoppy. Loads of citrus, especially lemon, orange and grapefruit, also mango, passion fruit and in general a bit of a tropical fruit bowl. Medium body. Flavour is malty, with a clean malt profile, slightly bitter and just very well balanced. Unlike lots of NEIPAs there is some bitterness here to balance the sweetness of the malt. Loads of juicy and fruity notes. Juiciness is very citrus based with orange marmalade, lemon and grapefruit. Then there's an additional tropical fruit layer with sweet mango and some passion fruit, as well as a herbal hoppy finish. Lovely hop profile. Hard to compare this to the original GBG as it has been years, but this one is extremely delicious, just like the former. Once more an amazing NEIPA from Stigbergets.

Can at home. Clear orange color, some yeast particles floating in there, full sized white head. Aroma is lightly malts, hoppy. Flavor is malty a bit, but mostly hoppy and it leans towards the old school hoppiness. Although, a relatively low bitterness in there imo. Quite ok.

Can 440ml (Systembolaget)
Hazy orange colour, floating particles, cloudy white head and lace. Overriped canned pineapple in the nose. Medium--bodied. Pineapple and citrus in the flavour. Some juicyness. A bit lame, probably lost its power on the way.

Tap. Pours hazy yellow with a medium white head. Aromas of citrus, passionfruit, pale malty notes, hay, light floral notes. Taste has mango, herbal hops, pale malts, hay, passionfruit. Bit disappointed in this actually.
