Hazy warm golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, malts, grapefruit, pineapple, hint of lychee. Bitter hoppy flavour, pine. Bit thin bodied (as expected for a session IPA), lingering hops finish. Quite like the style, and this one is no exception.

28/II/15 - 33cl can @ home - BB: 1/V/15 (2015-245) Thanks to jc1762 for the can!

Clear pale blond beer, small irregular creamy white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: lot of citrus, very piny and resinous, pineapple, some passion fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of citrus, nice resinous and piny hops, fruity, some mango. Aftertaste: pretty hoppy, bitter, resinous, citrus, very nice stuff! How is this rated so low? People doing the beer mile, only arriving here at the end of the day when they're too drunk to properly rate?

Cloudy murky gold 2 finger frothy head with a sticky lacing. a touch of vinegar, a lot of citrus, cashew and walnut nose. Thin body, more of the soapy notes I got from their IPA. Clean hop bitterness, yeast left around a lot of residual sugars. candy like finish.

Can at Borough Market in London. Nice fruity hops aroma. Watery super bubbly fizzy palate - way way too much and unpleasant. Taste is slightly fruity hops. Unfortunately like other disappointing session IPAs - watery, empty tasting. Couldn't finish.

Sample at SBWF 2014. Slightly hazy orange with a white head. Fresh with hops, citrus, hay, some pineapple and light malt. On the light side but still a descent one.

33cl can @ the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden, almost clear, with a nice head. Nose - lime and biscuit. Taste - more key lime pie then bitter lime finish. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy, slightly rich middle section and a very bitter finish. Overall - good beer.

Keg, half-pint in the Old Red Cow, Smithfield London on 12th Sep 2014. Cloudy yellow with a full white crown. Aroma was of grapefruit and other bittering citrus fruits. The taste was crisp and also citrus bitter, yet with a mild malt underbelly. Decent. A little ’fizzy’ for my palate but it suited the flavours.

Tap (@ Fourpure, Bermondsey): Deep golden, hazy, small, but really stable loose White head; quite solid herbal-grapefruity nose; moderate to solid dry bitter flavour, very light bodied, as expected; lingering dry grapefruity finish. Good, lacks a bit the balancing sweetness...
