Keg @ Haket. Kegged today. Pours very hazy vibrant deep yellow with a creamy and bubbly white head that leaves plenty of sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and grassy with crackers, white bread, grapefruit juice, tangerines, mango, pineapple, star fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives, lemon zest and hints of sweaty cheese and diesel fuel. Taste is sweet, bitter, tiny malty, fruity and grassy. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny viscous, tiny astringent, very tiny boozy and medium to full bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with white bread, grapefruit juice, yellow tropical fruits, fresh grass, oily pine, diesel fuel, cheese and lemon zest. Great fresh dank fruity IIPA. Hard to talk it down but wouldn’t mind it slightly less sweet. Amazing bright hop profile. Bit volatile but I’m not bothered. Delicious!
