Draft tasting glass @ Gollem. Pale citrus golden with no head. Nose is basic lemon kettle sour with low green plant. Lemon, lime, plastic, bit odd kettle sour vague green plants, easy bodied, bit odd overal fair lemony kettle sour.

Draft @ Taproom, Malmö. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak sour citrus aroma. Fruity fry sour tart citrus flavor. Has a fruity weak sour citrus finish.

28.03.2018, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly dry and fresh, hay, minerals, weeds, leafs, sorrel, sawdust, soda powder, paper, hints of grapefruit peel and cellar. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, minerals, leafs, sour grass, soda powder, hay, fruit salt, grapefruit. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough.
