Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5

Bottle. RAD Beer. Lemon gold. Fine, swirly, super dense, lasting, semi lacing, bright white head. Looks boss. Nose has lemon rind. Dessert apple. Apple pomace. Some bright stone fruit. Touch of lemon brett funk. Super clean, dry malt. Taste has subtle lemon and apple tartness, with a little funk, and a little hop bitterness. Lovely soft mouthfeel, with light, massaging carbonation. Light tart finish. Nice one. Be interesting to see how this develops.

75cl bottle. Pours misty yellow, large white head. Good fresh saison nose, soft citrus. Taste presents a crisp, super fresh, light balanced saison.. not a huge amount of apple influence here, barely discernible in fact, perhaps a little on the finish, but it's an excellent saison all the same.
