Columbus Mosaic India Pale Ale

Boy are we glad we’ve started embracing Columbus into our brew plans. A classic, and for good reason, it’s no wonder this incredible American hop has been at the top of the brewing game for so long. Paired with one of the new school big boys in Mosaic, we’ve brought every ounce of punchy hoppiness out of Columbus, featuring a symphony of citrus notes, backed up by dank juiciness from our old friend, Mosaic.
