Murmuration blends two different cider styles together for the perfect balance of flavour and structure. Bringing fragrance and fruit, this cider has low-tannin Jonagold, fermented with a trilogy of aromatic wine yeasts. To this, they have paired our classic Somerset keeved cider to bring natural sweetness, robust bittersweet tannins and a wild yeast finish.

Keg at the Stable, Bingoham - scoping ciders with the old man, 02/08/19. Clear golden pour with a thin crown of white bubbles. Nose is bitter sweet apples, sugar dusting, glazed icing. Taste comprises apple pie. straw, Icing sugar, light wood, shades of a dumbed down ice cider. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

Keg @ Stable, Birmingham. Poursclear gold, big fruity fleshy nose. Crisp and fresh on the palate, lovely green apple flesh, very gentle tannin, delicate fruit, excellent clarity of flavour as usual from Pilton. Incredible cider.
