Just one of our Stay Puft variations, Salted Caramel Stay Puft is not one to miss out on.

This 5.2% porter tastes AMAZING, if we don't say so ourselves.

Deadication beer to actress Jill Ireland, born on this day and married to Charles Bronson until her death. This brew pretty much does what it says on the tin, and it came out of a tin for me. Aroma is indifferent but the light salted caramel notes compliment the marshmallow taste to good effect.

Handpull cask at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Dark brown, translucent and flat, flat, flat. No head. Smells a bit odd: I'm getting toffee, hazelnut, a slight acrid whiff. Taste is sweet with gooey homemade caramel and a light sprinkling of salt. Fades quite quickly with a bitter finish. I'm quite surprised at how well this works. Not perfect but damn good.

Cask, third at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Brewery Bars. Shared with Finn. Black in the festival glass, filmy layer, scattered lacing. Smell of chocolate caramel. Similar taste of chocolate caramel, lactose beneath. Smooth ending, not overly sweet. Good drinking. (22.01.2020).

Keg at the 2020 Manchester Beer Festival. Dark brown pour with a beige head. Bayleys, marshmallow, vanilla and milky coffee aroma. Caramel, vanilla and marshmallow taste. Reminds me of Tunnocks Tea Cakes.
