This time round, we've upped the ante for our annual birthday release. To celebrate turning four years old, we've brewed a Triple IPA loaded with a 34g/l dry hop, that's designed to be thick, bold and juicy yet amazingly drinkable. Initial, sweet flavours of mango and melon lead into resinous hop accents and a light yet satisfying bitterness on the finish.

Aromas & Flavours: Sweet mango and honeydew melon supported by grapefruit, gooseberry, resinous hop accents
Body: Full-bodied, smooth, silky and juicy
Aftertaste: Lingering gooseberry with a light, resinous bitterness

Can. Big thanks to Wingman fer the can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light and sweetish creamy malts. Hops bring smooth soft and rich semi ripe citrus and mildly ripe tropical fruits. Smooth pine. Modest hop spice. Soft finish brings light leafy dankness. Nice. Rich and soft. No idea what hops have been used here, probably C hops and Mosaic but typically for Cloudwater, it hardly matters anyway. So a typically rich and fruity melange od a great big dipa from Cloudwater. Accomplished but far from ground breaking in any direction.

Can, by way of a trade. Missed this first time round. Murked up, deep orange gold. Film of white head is lacing, and leggy. Nose has sweet and rich citrus. Notes of stewed berry fruits. Some pineapple and yellow melon. Taste is similarly sweet, with a decent amount of pithy, oily bitterness. Medium to full body. Nicely oily. Low carbonation. Lingering juicy bitterness to finish. Obviously this probably isn’t the beer it was on release, but it’s still pretty good.

Canned 05.02.19. Sweet, thick, with tons of mango and grapefruit. Tiny bit resin, quite herbal. Smooth drinking. Some westcoast ideas floating around into a superheavy NE-TrIPA.

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, March '19. Thanks Paul for this. Misty yellow, white topping. Good light exotic nose. Good bright exotics to taste, bright citrus, exceptionally light and drinkable.. excellent.

Can picked up at Cloudwater Bermondsey and shared at home in Streatham with the folks - pours big hazy orange with a white head. Bold juicy fruity with hits of mango, tangerine, grapefruit, citrus peel, medium body, substantial smooth mouthfeel, assertive hoppy finish. So drinkable for the anv, immense.
