This time round, we've upped the ante for our annual birthday release. To celebrate turning four years old, we've brewed a Triple IPA loaded with a 34g/l dry hop, that's designed to be thick, bold and juicy yet amazingly drinkable. Initial, sweet flavours of mango and melon lead into resinous hop accents and a light yet satisfying bitterness on the finish.

Aromas & Flavours: Sweet mango and honeydew melon supported by grapefruit, gooseberry, resinous hop accents
Body: Full-bodied, smooth, silky and juicy
Aftertaste: Lingering gooseberry with a light, resinous bitterness

Can at home in Hackney - cheers to Mr. Frog for sourcing this from the brewery. Pours murky orange-gold with a soft, foamy white head. This stuff is tropical rocket fuel. Straight mango sorbet, some tangerine, papaya and melon smoothie, mild piney bitterness, orange rind. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Thick, lightly chewy, sticky. Quite sweet but just swerves cloying. Warm finish, sugary more dense tropical fruit character and mild oily pine. If you like your jacked-up fruity boost juice, this will light your lamp.

On tap at 73 Enid St. Pours murky orange gold with a thin white laced head. Aroma is a big juicy mango bomb, lots of peppery hop bitterness and some dank hop. Taste is juicy mango sweetness, the bitter dank hop kicks in with a peppery hit leaving a good dry finish with just a little sweetness there. Nice and smooth again. Pretty good boosty hop joose.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 14/02/19. Murky orange with a faded cream covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is ripe tropical fruits, dextrose, pine resin, mango pulp, soft brioche. Taste comprises bittersweet tropicana, pine resin, splash of Um Bongo, dank kiss, papaya, sweet interlude like cane sugar, grapefruit. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with lashings of juicy to grassy hop bitterness with a dank edge. Solid DIPA / TIPA ... goes down well for double digits.
