Аромат сразу как будто немного диких дрожжей, есть легкие нотки квашености от яблок, и намеки на уксус с зелеными яблоками, чутка ягод. Цвет темно фиолетовый, почти без пены. Ввкус снова более яблоыный нежели фрктовый. Квашенные яблоки, немного ягод в послевкусие. В целом все. Ничего необычного.

Cloudy pale purple with little to no head and a soft blackcurrant aroma. Taste is of slightly tart apple and blackcurrant juice, nice enough.

17/5/2022. Can from Tom's Taphouse, Crewe. Pours slightly hazy amber bronze with a small short lasting frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma of sweet blackcurrant and apple, Ribena, citrus, touch of caramel. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - honestly more of a damson brown haze than a particularly purple one. Very thin wisp of lace. Nose - blackcurrant leaf and lozenge. A bit medicinal. Taste - sugary lozenge. Medicinal and leafy too! Palate - medium bodied and sweet. Lacking acid. Overall - not up to their usual high standards.

330ml can from Ascension cider online. Hazy reddish colour, short-lived pinkish foam head and aroma of berry, apple. Taste is sweet, berry, apple, oxidised biscuity, with some berry fruity, sugary notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet finish. OK

Box @ Favourite Beers, Cheltenham. Pours hazed purple, generally clean on the palate. Exceptionally fruity, good blackcurrant presence underpinned by some soft tannin. Not too bad.
