Dorada nebulosa de escasa espuma. Levadura y notas terrosas en el aroma. Predominio dulce en boca con notas de naranja en un tono general alcohólico sin exagerar.

33cl bottle from naturéO organic food store in Champigny, France. F: thin, white, quick gone. C: amber, hazy. A: rich malty, honey, caramel, mellow fruity, peach. T: full malty base, bready, caramel, honey touch, mellow fruity, weak bitterness, bit warming alcohol, soft carbonation, quite simple for the style.

Clear golden colour, minimal dense white head; aroma and taste of dried apricot, grainy, slight peppery (in the taste) and alcoholic notes; correct one

Merci à Vincent pour le partage ! Structure étrange pour cette triple qui part d'une base de triple poussive, trop douce et avec un alcool pourtant à 9 % peu tonique, mixé à un côté acidulé à côté du sujet. Pas convaincu donc pour une triple pas mauvaise toutefois. En verre nous sommes sur un blond orangé recouvert d'une très fine mousse blanc cassé. Le nez est sur la coriandre, les céréales, le citron, la banane et la pomme. L'attaque est acidulée sur les fruits de la passion (étrange pour un triple), le citron, les céréales, le raisin, la coriandre et la pomme. Pas désagréable mais particulier. La deuxième bouche est plus douce, manquant d'allant avec un alcool à 9 % ne se ressentant pas. L’arrière-bouche est linéaire mais sur une présence honorable. Le final est doux, sans grand intérêt mais avec une bonne longueur. Peu enthousiasmant.

Bière 75 cl trouvée chez bio c bon à Lille. Au service, blonde dorée avec fin col de mousse assez persistant. Au goût, une IPA plutôt légère et dans le bas du panier côté amertume. Cela en fait une bonne bière de table selon moi. Elle est globalement pas mal et a le mérite d'être bio, ce qui n'est pas négligeable !

Fles gekocht in Chinaillon Frankrijk. Geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een oranje geel bier met weinig schuim. De geur is wat zoet. Het heeft een frisse smaak, fruitig met een zuurtje.

75cl bottle on 24th July 2017 at the Shrewsbury monthly tasting in Chez Sophie. Cheers Mat for hosting and bringing this bottle. Poured a misty amber/gold, wispy white head. Caramel notes in the nose and taste, in a blind tasting I would have said it was a Barley Wine (as discussed during the tasting): my sweet tooth really enjoyed this.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, July 17, brought my me. Pours a hazy gold, small foamy white head. Sweet yeast, lightly musty aroma. Taste is fairly sweet, a little sticky, some caramel, orange and veering towards barley wine in character. It’s not unpleasant, but it comes across a little confused.. most definitely not a tripel.
