Sampled at Vill & Syrlig. Clear golden body with a small, and fast disappearing white head. Aroma is apple, pretty much straight forward. Flavor is a bit sweet apple, hint of yeast and moderate acidity. Medium body and average aftertaste. Quite OK, but not standing out in any direction.

Postkontoret 280715. Golden colour with no head. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavour is apple, sourness, yeast. Ordinary cider.
