From tap at Bøker & Børst with BHK 23.12.16. Clear golden. No head. Aroma of fresh apple juice, apple zest and industrial English cider. More complicated taste, with hints of leather and wood. Dry and slighty astringent. Good quaffability!

330ml draught as Alde Eple 7 % abv, at Ølhallen, shared with Finn. Crystal clear pale golden body. Shiny naked surface. Poor lacing. Smell of mid-dry apples. Taste of semi-sweet and semi-dry apples and apples skins. Clean in the mouth. Well bodied, hidden alcohol. Refreshing and not overly sweet (Tromsø 08.12.2016).

Bottle courtesy of Gunnfryd. Clear golden body with a thin and immediately diapering white head. Aroma has wood, apple and apple core. Smells like the real stuff, apple and cellar. Flavor is nice and authentic as well, apples, apple core, wood, cellar notes. Feels both medium sweet and acidic. Fine balanced body and good in aftertaste. Probably one of the best Norwegian cider I have tasted, as they normally tend to them to sweet.

On tap @ Pingvinen. First one of a fresh keg. This is a near clear mild orange golden colored one. Not much of a head on the top. A small island in the middle of the glass, and that's it. Smells really good this one. Really apply on the nose. Mild cellar, some dust. There's also a nice non too sweet sweetness here. Really nice. Oh, this is not bad at all really. A mild sweetness backed up by a dusty earthiness that balances the sweetness. Kinda drymouthing in a way. Not much carbonation in this one, only a soft prickling almost fizz. Lots of flavor and you can't really sense the alcohol at all in this one, making it scary and dangerous. Really good. 28.08.2015

Smak: Syrlig eple. Frisk og god.

On tap at Una, Bergen. A clear, golden cider with some off-white foam on top. It’s lightly buttery on the nose, sort of like apple pie crust mixed with baked apples. Notes of cores too. There’s quite a lot of grass in the flavor, along with the apple pie known from the aroma. It’s full-bodies, soft and lightly warming on the palate. Too buttery I think, but still a nice and natural cider. 151005

Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of sour red apples, funk, grass and hint of butterscotch. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a long red apple, tart and funky finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
