Quality Scottish pale malt is the base for Belhaven IPA. This brew uses Fuggle hop to contribute floral aroma and taste and a little spicy black pepper, Willamette brings lots of tropical fruit character – melon, mango, apricot, you name it. Styrian hops add a lemon citrus note. So, packed with hop flavours and quite complex. The bitterness is in the moderate range but high enough to counter-balance the sweet impact & perception from all the tropical aroma and taste.

500ml clear bottle @ Loch Fyne, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold, white head. Aroma is zesty citrus hop. Taste is smooth and perhaps more flavoursome than anticipated. Nice fruity lemon citrus presence, rather moreish. Better than expected.
