Not your traditional Danish Xmas ale but a crisp, dry and bitter west coast IPA with a bit orange peel to give that warm and cozy holiday spirit. Hops are Tomahawk, Simcoe and Centennial; unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Hazy medium amber colour, tall frothy off-white to beige head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma pale malts, orange, grapefruit, pine, hay. Smooth taste, light heavy to medium sweet and medium bitter, malty, citrusy, light spicy notes. Dry bittersweet aftertaste, malty and spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, nice mellow and easy to drink IPA.
