Die beiden Firmengründer Adam und Eva (ja, so heißen sie wirklich) fragten sich, was sie den Fans des Goldkehlchens dieses Jahr Gutes tun können. Schnell war klar, dass es eine neue Sorte sein sollte. Natürlich hergestellt aus 3-4 ganzen Äpfeln pro Flasche mit köstlich fruchtigem Himbeersaft. Und das Ganze vegan und ohne unnötige Zusätze. Denn die braucht kein Mensch.
Den besten Cider Österreichs aber brauchen ganz viele durstige Kehlchen.

330 ml bottle from a supermarket.
Pinkish, clear body, with a small, fizzy, off-white, slightly pink head.
Aroma of sweet red berries, perfume, candy, some sweet apples.
Tastes of sweet red berries, apples, sugar, some fruity sourness.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes sweet, a bit sour, a bit dry, fruity, sugary.

OK. Pretty sweet, like lemonade, overall too sweet for me. Nice berries and apples though and drinks fresh and easy, but the regular Goldkehlchen is better in my opinion.

Bottle at Bishops Folkungagatan. Pours pink with almost no head. Sugary, artificial raspberry aroma and overly sweet, syrupy raspberry taste. Heavily sweet, otherwise decent.

330ml bottle, from trade with Werckmeister! Many thanks! Pours vivid reddish pink. Aroma is sweet sugary raspberry. Taste is bright, tart & vibrant. A good raspberry character, but quite sugary. Not bad, but just a bit overly sweet for me.

Nice fresh raspberry aroma over a fruity-sourish appley body. Great fresh sourish raspberries. Great combination with lots of fruit and body. Sourish raspberry aftertaste with mild but fruity apples in the background. Great idea!

Fruchtiger, etwas zu süß wirkender Antrunk von Apfel und Himbeere. Limonadenartig, süffig, eher unspannend. 8/9/8/8/12/8

Bottle from Ammersinn magazine WIen 5. Pink color with minimal white head. Light strawberries in aroma. Strawberries in taste, sour apples in finish.

Bottle. Aroma well balanced, touch of berries and a touch of apple, overall soft but tempting. Clear pinkish colour. Taste is well balanced as well raspberry does not overpower but only complements the original apple flavours. Good one.
