Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear deep amber. Some piney hop bit grim as coming to end of the barrel. Bit earhty and sour. Hmmm not good.

Cask @ The Salopian, Shrewsbury. Pours gold. Very faint hop aroma. kinda hard to distinguish much from the taste. Very light citrus but not getting much in the way of any fruitiness or defined hop flavours. Rather bland.

Cask @ Gallows bird, real ale festival 2015. Poured amber colored, thick white head. Nice grapefruity hoppy, sligthly berryish aroma. Flavor has strawberries, pine, citrus fruits and some slight herbal notes. Good body, balanced. Again, massive bitterness here as well.

Pours dark orange with a smooth head. Aroma of fruits, hops, grass, citrus, pine and resin. Taste is smooth, fruity and hoppy with notes of citrus, pine, grass, resin and caramel. Aroma has exotic fruits, peaches and some mango. Also mellow resiny tones. Flavour has tropical fruits and apricot. Finishes with lingering hops with grapefruit and gooseberry bush. Also some harsh, herbal bitterness. Decent.

Cask at the Pilgrim - Liverpool. Pours perfectly clear gold with a frothy white head. Beautiful nose with lots of good piss, dank pine, tropical fruits, mango and papaya. Proper West Coast like. Light-medium sweet flavor with big juicy hop character, low bitterness, great tropical fruits, melon, papaya, mango, mellow pine. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation; great condition. Lightly resinous on the finish with slight sticky pine, loads more juicy citrus and tropical fruits. Quite blown away by this one. Outstanding hop expression here. Superb balance. Simply outstanding.

Old Fountain. Cask. Hazy amber beer, bubbly off white head. Palate is light and semi dry. Pretty modest carbonation, Light dry malt. Hops are lightly spicy and with touches of pine and citrus. Mellow orange marmalade and mild grapefruit. Finishes light and semi dry. Not bad but would have been better in keg, As Theydon of Bois states - certainly hoppy enough to be an IPA.
