500ml bottle from Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Soft floral spice, not a huge Belgian yeast influence but it’s there. A fresh easy-going IPA.

Cask at the Craven Arms; amber pour with soapy beige head, fruity aroma, Belgian yeast taste with some citrus, crisp and clean tasting. --- Beer merged from original tick of Topsy on 02 Nov 2013 at 17:32 - Score: 7

My last beer at the 35th Telford Beer Festival on 3rd Oct 2013. Hand-pulled half-pint. Deep golden with a slight cloudiness, on top a thin white head. Reminded me of those over hopped West Coast of the US I’ve had: very bitter for a UK brewed beer, Belgian style? Or not. I quite enjoyed it, no sweetness and fairly dry in the mouth, the hops giving the brew a crisp dryness and refreshing bitterness.
