Soft citrus hop flavours (thnk satsumas and clementines) combine with sweet apricot and passionfruit and intriguing hints of sweet candy.

Hand-pulled pint in The Old Fighting Cocks, Oakengates on 10 Oct 2013. Pale yellow, golden colour, with a white head. Perfumed nose; fairly sweet and fruity. The taste was also sweetish with a fruit feel. Medium body depth and interesting enough in itโs make-up. Glad it wasnโt citrusy in nature, one of the few Oakham brews that Iโve really taken too.

Cask at St Albans beer festival 2013, Herts. A golden coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Citrus, orange, pineapple aroma. Tastes similar, really fruity, orange, pineapple, tropical fruits. Really easy to drink.

Cask at the Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Took me by surprise this. Has a fresh, vibrant taste with pronounced apricot & passion fruit coming through with a hint of mandarin. I have a good feeling ill be meeting this beer again.

Cask at George, Croydon. It pours clear golden yellow with a small white head. The nose is grainy, straw, jammy fruits, ambergis and raw coconut. The taste is bitter-sweet, straw, grassy, grain, Victoria sponge cake, white grape, stone fruit and pepper with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Quite an unusual flavour profile...but I don?t dislike it.
