(Bottle, 30 Aug 2025) Golden colour with rocky, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of crisp-bread, grapefruit, apricots, orange and a touch of resin. Malty, hoppy taste with bread, grapefruit, resin, apricots, orange peel and a gentle citric/resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Refreshing, with a modern hop character. Quite nice.

Can 44 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a rich and lacing, white head. Discreet floral hop accents. Kinda light in body, malty, notes of vitamin pills and a subdued bitterness. Not entirely certain what's 'Modern' about it, but it's a neat and quaffable beer. 160625

Gyllengul klar vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Rejäl karamellig kropp och rejält med humle som sammantaget gör det här ganska snarlikt en västkust-IPA. Trevlig

Sample@Nolia Beer 2019. Deep golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, grains, some herbs and mild grassy tones. Flavour is bready malts, some citrus, mild herbs and some earthy tones. Quite much bitterness.

Tap at Bishops Arms Östersund. Only a small sample but a decent enough India Pale Lager. Good hops in there but not a huge cry from their other lagers. Wish the milkiness would be less evident. Re-rated. 2.7 to 3.2. Was actually very nice and drinkable when had a whole glass. (12/1/19)

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear deep golden, rich head. Grainy citrus aroma. Mid dry with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Grainy, clean malt. Aromatic citrus hops. Really bitter finish. Good!
